We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Pre-sale items may be returned up until the shipment date, less 3.5% of the total purchase price which helps to cover the processing costs we paid to take the order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, CLICK HERE. For your convenience returns are fully automated in most cases, and managed through Redo. We typically offer options for either store credit, a refund, or an exchange. Your return label will be generated automatically following submission. We cover the cost of return on all items that are defective, sent in error, or that resulted in any deficiency on our end. Other returns we may deduct the cost of return shipping from the total refund amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted. You also have the option of purchasing free returns (for any reason) through Redo. 

To avoid fraudulent claims, orders/items in transit verified by the carrier by a scan, or where a delivery was made in error (e.g. carrier says it was delivered but it was not) West3D may at it's sole discretion offer to replace the order following a claim with the carrier, provided the customer provides any details requested related to the shipment/delivery (or missed delivery). Claims are not eligible for a refund unless applicable products on the order are returned. In instances where West3D has made a complimentary replacement on such order and the original order in question does arrive, the customer must notify West3D of the arrival and return the order. West3D will cover the cost of the return in these instances.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like opened filament, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), or DIY Kits. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. DIY Printer Kits we may accept if they are unopened, or otherwise not 'used', less a 3.5% processing fee to help cover the cost of the transaction fee. In these cases shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Rewards and Discounted Purchases

Purchases made using rewards will only be refunded up to the amount paid excluding any rewards or discounts applied. Rewards may not be re-applied to the account on returns or cancellations of an order (though gift cards will).
