Sebastian wasn't formally on the West3D team, however ever since Allen came on board he was a constant companion to all of us at West3D HQ. Every day he came to the office we were rewarded with his joyous attitude, and uncanny ability to recognize and alert of us of the presence of any delivery or customer pickup. Over the past 6 months Sebastian became a sort of member of our family, greeting us when we arrived, and supervising us (whether we asked for it or not) as we loaded and unloaded packages.
Sebastian was good natured, and through his last day had a 'good life' making the best of his incurable ailments. In the end it was just too much to sustain, and Sebastian quietly and peacefully left this world in the presence of his loved ones on May 19th 2023.
While we will never have Sebastian back, the light he brought to all of us will never extinguish, and will carry on through the works of Kerry (Allen's wife) and the Family Dogs New Life Shelter.
On Memorial Day, and throughout this week, West3D will donate a portion of its receipts to the Family Dogs New Life Shelter, a no kill dog shelter devoted to rescuing needy dogs of all breeds, ages and backgrounds (you can donate here.)
