Nice kit

Has some extra barrel connectors which is nice because the ones from the BOM are kind of cheap and are easily squished when trying to mate the input from the power supply to the Nevermore. The fact this kit can run from 24 V allows this to run directly from the power supply without relying on a fan pin or separate 12 V PSU.

My favorite filament brand to print with!

Being cost conscious, I have run through most of the low cost options that I have found with the mega online retailer, which has been hit or miss. This filament works every time and is butter smooth! It is worth the extra buck or 2 not having issues with the prints.

Best option for Activated Carbon

Take it from a guy that prints a ton of ABS and ASA in the house. I have tried several other options for filtering media and my wife always complained about the odors. With this product, she doesn't know my printer is running unless she can hear it!

Way better then mellow

Cant fault this

I love using the XOL toolhead this makes the best even better - really high-quality. Will be using on a monolith Gantry with 9mm belts.

Great little MCU

It's a great little board - using it to provide extra cooling for my octopus pro MCU using the Octoglasses mod.

I got shafted.

It was 5mm x 40mm. It was round. What more can one ask for?

Does not taste like butter!

This was my first spool of Ambrosia, it will not be my last. Prints wonderfully.

You can't go wrong with an LDO kit

This is my third Voron build, all from LDO kits. The quality and accuracy is excellent. My only complaint is with all the revisions the documentation and organization of the documentation has become somewhat muddy.

There was definitely something in the f**kin' box.

What the title says and it was even useful. I don't want to spoil your fun.

Great buying experience

They had the nozzles I needed in stock. Easy to find and order. Reasonable prices and fast delivery!! Will absolutely order from them again.

Phenomenal Filament! Now one of my go-tos!

I purchased my first spool of Ambrosia ASA-GF when I started work on my Voron 2.4 project. I bought it because my little Voron 0.2 still struggles with ABS warp on larger objects, and I'd read that the GF-portion of the filament could help with that. I was not prepared for just how easy this material is to work with.

With a little bit of fine tuning (no more than other filaments), this material is one of the smoothest and easiest to work with that I've ever used. I've had very few jams (all of which were my own fault), and absolutely no print failures with it. The prints I get out of it look stunning (GF texture is great), and they're incredibly strong for the weight. I would 100% recommend Ambrosia ASA-GF to anyone with even a basic enclosure for their machine. I haven't tried to print it in open air yet (too cold where I live right now), but I'd imagine it would work fairly well for that too. I run my filament at 270C on the hotend and 110C on the bed in my Voron 0.2, with interior temperature sitting around the 45C mark for reference.

A word of caution if you *do* buy this filament: GF filament releases more fumes than even normal ABS/ASA. My Voron 0.2 lives in my garage, away from my workspace, and has a carbon filter installed. I've noticed the enclosure panels fog up over time with the residue in the air. You definitely don't want to be breathing this if you can help it. You also will want to wear some protective gloves when working with the filament prior to printing it. Raw GF filament can leave fibers imbedded in your fingers (which you won't be able to see). I wear cut-proof gloves when using my raw filament spools, but I'd imagine any protective glove will work fine.

TLDR: This filament prints amazing, has excellent properties, and is probably one of my favorite go-to materials for projects. Just be careful with the specific off-gassing and fiber embedding concerns common to glass fiber/carbon fiber filaments.

Works great, but get the updated fastener pack!

Works great, and I love that I don't have to do anymore adjusting, compensating, etc.! Comes with a nice board that wires directly in to the NiteHawk-SB board (after crimping on the appropriate connector, that is), and a decent linear rail. The only issue I ran in to is that the newer R8 design uses some different fasteners. Having built your own Voron you may have a lot on hand, but if you don't think you will, make sure to look for the West3D "Voron Tap Fastener R8 SUPPLEMENTAL KIT" and add it to your order. It is only a few dollars and will save you a lot of the scrounging around I had to do!

An excellent kit from LDO and West3D has been very helpful in supporting the product also.
Thank you both

A++

Works better than the old CW2, I like how you can build a G2SA with the same parts also.

A great upgrade to any Voron printer

This is a great easy upgrade that improved the look of my printers, and the thermals a bit too. I've installed a kit on my v2.4 already and got the kit pictured below for my Trident 300 Cube (printing the parts for it now). LDO extrusions have a very nice textured finish that really makes them feel premium. It's a bit hard to quantity the improved thermals and since it depends on a lot of other factors, but I will say the chamber heats up noticably faster than it used to. One feature I like a lot, and use frequently, is the ability to lift the door off the hinges and remove it completely for long PLA print sessions. Id highly recommend this kit to anyone!

Fantastic Integrated Leadscrew Motors!

These motors from LDO are just fantastic motors. I used them to replace some cheap Stepperonline ones I had originally while I was chasing some issues during my Trident build. The quality difference was apparent in both the smoothness of the motors and the straightness of the leadscrew. I think these must be the best motors you can buy for a Trident. Another thing I didn't appreciate fully until they were installed is not needing to apply lubrication to them. I can't tell you how many times I brushed my arm against the grease of my old motors and this completely solves that. I truly don't think there's a better motor out there for a Trident than this one, I highly recommend to anyone!

TD-1

Fantastic piece of kit. I'm a complete novice with soldering but it was easy, just use good quality flux and decent temp controlled soldering iron, follow the instructions and make sure to solder only one terminal leg and square up before proceeding. Worked first time, no issues. Screen is very small but text is clear. Sometimes the hex code is slightly off, but the TD's appear to be pretty accurate. Shipping to Indonesia was as much as the kit price, so ordered two kits for friend or sale to split the shipping cost.

Good filament, good packaging!!

Honestly the filament is good, I’m new to 3D printing and I bought the clear color and I like it!!
And the packaging was nice too, I got a lollipop and a sticker :3

Perfect

Exactly as described you get what you pay for, quality parts!

Perfect service

I bought the TD-1 Kit. It was shipped promptly and reached Germany in just a few days. Putting the parts together was very easy and the device works very well. Recommend it to all serious HueForge fans. Thanks West3D!!

Great Stuff at a Great Price

Galactic ASA is my go to filament for most of my projects. Even prints great in my Bambulab P1S.

So far so good

Installed this board on my v2.4 with ercf v2, galileo2, filametrix cutter and dual filament sensors. Everything is working correctly. Glad to get away from can. Hope the cables last longer then the btt sb2209 cables. Overall happy with my choice to switch. Updates are extremely simple over usb. Might swap the included usb cable with a higher grade cable. Ldo always ships the same black usb cables. They work fine but are nothing special. Make sure to add strain relief for your setup.
