Defective CNC Shuttle

After installing this shuttle, it started getting first layer inconsistency corner to corners with IGUS Chainflex 113 that is not super flexible like other cables like 3DO i believe. The toolhead shaking easily and not snug fits into the shuttle due low strength magnets and bushing with larger hole. This is quality issue and seems LDO not tested this batch properly. Contacted West3D. waiting for their help.

Here is a comparison between Aliexpress cheap bushing vs LDO branded bushing. I am disappointed now as my printer is broken again and I need to wait for longer time or revert to the printed Shuttle again.

Works perfectly!

The LDO version looks really nice in all black! I have a Fysect one for my actual StealthChanger but had a printed one for my Trident. After switching to the CNC shuttle the meshes look much better and getting a more consistent first layer.

Also a huge plus is the extra magnets with different polarities just incase you already had glue magnets for your tools. You will need to adjust your pins as the CNC shuttle is more precise than the printed ones!

Great Upgrade

This CNC shuttle is a great upgrade over the printed shuttle. It’s much more rigid and there are user mods to mount the cartographer to it.
