Well Assembled Filters

I just started printing ASA, and without a carbon filter, the Voc inside the chamber was reaching 1500ppm based on my cheep voc meter. After adding a Nevermore filter, with the Nevermore Carbon+Scorch, the Voc doesn't really go above 150ppm. I tied this to a Voron Expander, and can control the fan along side the other printer fans.

Can't say enough good things about West3d in terms of the product, shipping, and their easy accessiblity on discord to discuss questions.

Good quality prints

Good quality parts. went directly into service as soon as I pulled them out of the package and stuck the carbon in. Been running ever since. I replace the carbon in all my filters each month. I print a ton of stuff with multiple day prints being common, and I don't smell squat with these running inside each printer. I run them during printing and then 15 minutes after the print ends.

Works exactly how intended

Description

Please note, we have updated to Nevermore V6 in most instances, this is a much harder part to assemble and print. If you see a selection for V5 or V6 you may choose according to your preference.

The Nevermore V6 Duo is a 2 fan, activated carbon filter for enclosed printers that removes VOCs and reduces the odor from filaments like ABS or ASA that release fumes. It can be mounted on most printers. There is a version specifically for the V0/V0.1, make sure to select this option if you plan on mounting the Nevermore on one of these printers.

This kit includes:

  • Fully assembled Nevermore V6 Duo (including wiring)

We recommend purchasing carbon as this does not come with it, you'll need to replace it about every 30 days. West3D offers acid-free, coconut based activated carbon that you can purchase here

For more information about the Nevermore V6 Duo, and additional sourcing options for activated carbon, visit the Nevermore Github page.
