Excellent alternative to PEI

I was not expecting it to work so well compared to PEI, it is also more durable while also giving that smooth finish to the prints, it also works very well when printing PC and PP, if you've been wanting a smooth print surface that is more durable than a PEI sheet this is it!

Well made, works great

Made well, no bubbles and clean cut edges. So far printing ASA with it on my Trident 300 with great success. Need to turn the bed temp up about 10 degrees compared to what I was using with PEI.

By popular demand, West3D designed and specified its newest series of FR4 build surfaces. These use .5mm thick FR4 adhered to a flex plate that is more than 60% thicker than the industry standard. The result is a highly wear resistant, material versatile, long lasting plate that looks great.

These are single sided with the back side blank. This will increase the hold over standard double sided plates.

We generally oversize these by 5mm (eg. you'll note for a 250 plate we spec 255) this is for convenience so you don't lose build space when not perfectly aligning plate during application/removal)
