Choose Your Base Material: T-95 vs. T-6436 (this product)
We offer two distinct tiers of base metal to match your specific printing needs. While both feature our proprietary aerospace-grade coating, the core material makes the difference in extreme environments.
T-95: The Durable Daily Driver
The T-95 is our standard high-performance plate. Made from Tempered 1095 Spring Steel, it is significantly thicker (0.75mm) and more rigid than stock PEI sheets. It offers incredible durability and universal filament compatibility, ensuring your plate won't chip or degrade after a few months of use.
T-6436: The "Superalloy" Powerhouse
The T-6436 is the ultimate solution for high-temp 3D printing. Utilizing a specialized superalloy with an ultra-low coefficient of thermal expansion, this 1.0mm plate stays perfectly flat even under the most extreme bed temperatures.
