Yes! We offer in-store pickup 7 days a week between 10am and 5pm PST, excluding major holidays. You can pick up in Beaverton, Oregon where our warehouse is located.

We have a generous return policy, and accept returns within 30 days of delivery on more items. See our Refund Policy for details and instructions on how to initiate your return. 

Do you sell used, second-hand, or non-genuine products?

No, all of our products are new and unused unless we advertise otherwise. We are a first party distributor or reseller of the products in our store and every item sold carries a full warranty from the manufacturer and are products we will support during that period.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to over 100 countries in the world! Many with Duty Paid service! Some products due to their makeup or difficulty shipping are unavailable to be shipped out of the United States. These are primarily products that have would have power requirement issues, or are very dense and likely to sustain damage in transit.

Do you offer store credit and gift cards?

Yes! We offer both digital (instant delivery) and physical gift cards (in-store only). Digital gift cards can be found here. When making a return, you can elect to receive store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method. Store credit and gift cards do not expire and can be used any time.

We are constantly updating our catalog, which is one of the largest in the 3D Printing space. We sell dozens of the best brands such as LDO Systems, E3D, Bondtech, Voron Design, BigTreeTech / Biqu, Phaetus, Ambrosia Filament, Berserker, Sovol, Flashforge, Sunlu, Prusa, Bambu Labs, Creality and more.
