This sheet is designed specifically to stick really well to filaments like Polycarbonate that like to warp. This is a first batch plate, please let us know via messaging your thoughts.
The material used provides a glass like smooth finish (similar to PEI) on the smooth side, the back side is our textured PEI for use with other filaments (such as ABS, PLA etc.). Please note, you may need a separation layer on the smooth side- as this plate is sticky.
Our flex steel sheets are .5mm thick without the PEI coating, and approximately 1mm thick with both PEI sides.
Disclaimer: The smooth side has a protective film to prevent damage during shipment. Please remove this film before use.
