Acrylic can be challenging for UV printing because of its relatively low surface energy and the possibility of residual mold-release agents from manufacturing. The eufyMake Acrylic Adhesion Promoter prepares the surface before printing, helping UV ink form a more durable bond while maintaining sharp details and vibrant color reproduction.
Each individually prepared pad contains the correct adhesion-promoting solution for acrylic, eliminating the need to measure, spray, or apply liquid primer manually. Simply wipe the cleaned printing surface evenly, allow it to dry, and begin printing.

Better UV Prints on Acrylic
Smooth acrylic can provide excellent UV-printed results, but proper surface preparation is important for achieving a durable bond. The eufyMake Acrylic Adhesion Promoter is formulated to prepare the acrylic surface so cured UV ink can adhere more effectively.
It's an excellent choice for custom acrylic signs, plaques, awards, display pieces, ornaments, nameplates, photo panels, keychains, and other personalized acrylic products.
How to Use
- Clean the acrylic surface and remove dust, oil, and fingerprints.
- Wear appropriate protective gloves and a mask.
- Open one adhesion promoter prep pad.
- Wipe the printing surface evenly in a single direction.
- Allow the treated surface to stand in a clean environment for approximately 10 minutes.
- Print normally using your UV printer.

Important Compatibility Note
This formula is designed exclusively for acrylic. Do not use the Acrylic Adhesion Promoter on metal or other substrates. eufyMake uses different formulations for different materials to achieve the proper surface preparation and ink adhesion.
For best results, test the promoter on an inconspicuous section of unfamiliar acrylic before beginning production.
