Ordered four as expected and was surprised that each nut provided had significant burs remaining which required manual cleanout to fix. The installation process is infuriating as well with short screws only able to reach the nut in the perfect scenario.
End result had slightly greater traction underneath the printer, but amplified vibration with increased ringing/ghosting.
