Phaetus Rapido 2 Ceramic Heating Kit Replacement / Heater for Rapido 2 Hot Ends

I was searching for a stronger heater for my TZ V6, since the stock 48w one couldn't keep up very well. After looking at some specs I found this one would fit, although it was a little short. I installed it and it works great, would reccomend. The official 72w of whatever triangle labs heater is $8 on Ali and will take 3 weeks. This took 3 days and gives you an excuse to buy other things to make your shipping worth it

I had inconsistent heating on my Rat-Rig V-core 3.1 500 and finally no heat at all. I checked the heating element with a VOM and voltage was being supplied. I removed the retaining clip and found my Heater Element in 2x pieces on thru "long leg" of the design. It was easy to remove and unplug. I then cleaned off the old Silicone Grease and add new which was supplied with the kit. The new Heating Element was added, retainer clip installed, and plugged into the wire harness Umbilical. Powered up and ready for business. I did a PID Tune just to make sure the new Heater Element was matched to my system.

Rapido2 heater failed. Drop in replacement and good quality. So far no issues after 2 months.
