Received with missing parts, which took month and a half to finally get anyone to assist. Still dealing with Qidi support because it’s broken out of the box and West3d won’t accept the return because it’s past the 30 day return. Yet, they are the ones to tell me to reach out to Qidi support for the missing items, then reach out back to them if I had any more issues.
Now I have a useless $230 paper weight that Qidi support doesn’t help with.
Purchased this kit back in September. Excellent hardware to get a Stealthchanger up and running. Fast forward to January, and there's an issue with the driver on the board. Contact support on a Sunday, and have a resolution the same day. Replacement board works like a charm! West3D definitely has my business in the future! Thank you!
Not sure what it is, but this little guy is great on stubbornly stuck prints.
EPDM belts were a better fit for my 2.4 AWD upgrade and my higher chamber temps.
Just what I needed for prints over 4 colors. Much happier to get my spares through West and not Bambu directly.
All the Pexpeppers sauces are great, but it's nice to be able to get some through West and support both!
Installed on my 2.4 350mm. very accurate and fast probe. Beacon documentation is very good and easy to follow for any setup. Highly recommend.
This fitting allows the tube to pass through. I don’t know if that is generally expected based on the part number, but the one that came with my Trident kit did not. I added this one to an order to confirm and I was not disappointed. It seems like a good fitting and works well.

The Oldhams are super cool! They isolate the Z axis leadscrews from directly touching the build plate. They are easy to install and really nice!
The yokes are well made and look great! No idea on function yet!

Have been using a 0.4 V6 style for a few months now. No issues printing abrasives or anything else that I've thrown at it so far.

Happened to win this unit in a giveaway. If you have a lot of filament, it's a game changer. This by far does a better job compared to my other dryers, not to mention it serves as a good place to store a lot of open rolls.
Highly recommended if you have multiple printers going or use a lot of filament.

One suggestion is to have an option to add the hardware for the BFI and BZI idlers. Maybe not a big deal for everyone, but it would have helped me :)
