A must needed item if you are adding a Pi4 to help combat the MCU Error issues that happen during long complex printers. It gives the ability to add extra pins and voltage needed to expand your options on the QiDi Plus 4.
If you are tired of looking like Johhny Bench to make sure your 1st layers prints are going down correctly you need to add this to your printer. Also the 45 seconds with 2 passes to level your bed is a huge time saver.
Perfect drop in replacement secondary filament drive gears. If you looking to improve the push of the stock extruder you'll need this. Teeth mesh is excellent.
First one I got from them were wrong amps. Staff was great in helping me solve the issue and owning the mistake. It was great customer service.
The thermal fuse in my keenovo heat pad blew after reaching 115°C and this has been super solid with days of printing at 115°C on bed.
This kit is actually a crazy deal - the nitehawk board alone is $45, plus you get 3 fans, the pre soldered leds, the optotap, the exact right spring steel etc. I just finished piecing together the parts myself b/c this was out of stock at the time, and I easily spent over $75 assembling it piecemeal.
Purchased in preparation to use on my newly assembled Voron. Filament leaked above the nozzle from day one of actual printing. When I tightened it to fix the issue, the melting zone extender snapped off. I contacted Phaetus support with photos and told them I'd done heat tightening and tightened the three titanium screws before first use. They responded with a generic "improper heat tightening" claim, ignoring everything I said and offered no real help. Ended up having to source the replacement parts myself. Would definitely recommend considering a different manufacturer.
This company doesnt mess around. Shipping goes out sameday as order. They have awesome inventory. I have been self sourcing my voron 2.4 and i think i have done 7 different orders in the last 9 days. And even managed to order the wrong parts twice. And they handled my return so i could get the correct parts faster. I will do all my oders from them if they have the parts i need.
U1 is the best value around right now, great print quality out of the box and none of the “baggage” with Bambu Labs these days. This is my second U1 and the second printer I’ve bought from West3D. A great printer provided by a great company.
It was possibly the absolute pinnacle of technology for a pancake stepper motor. Right until the moment my wife drove over the package left in the driveway by the delivery driver, rather than the porch, as usual. It lived up to its name right to the end. Farewell 🥞
I bought the Panda version for my P1S and loved it so much I had to buy another for my Mercury printer. Looks great and feels great. Perfect for a DIY printer
I really like the way Ambrosia ASA filament prints. I have found it to be consistent and reliable for the applications that I use it for (mostly outdoor items). That being said, I do find a higher than average rate that the spools will begin to have tangling issues about 2/3 to 3/4 of the way through the spool. It always happens when I am in the middle of a project and respooling is a pain at that point. That is my only complaint with the filament that I have. I have only printed the ASA filament so I cannot speak to other filament types from Ambrosia.
he TMC5160 Plus from West3D has been an excellent upgrade for my 3D printer. Installation was straightforward, and the driver has performed flawlessly. It runs motors smoothly and quietly, even at higher speeds, with reliable performance throughout long prints.
As always, West3D provided fast shipping, quality packaging, and excellent customer service. It’s clear they stand behind the products they sell.
If you’re looking for a high-performance stepper driver for demanding 3D printing applications, I highly recommend the TMC5160 Plus from West3D.
West 3d is the best, never again am I buying printer parts from Amazon this is the 3rd of 4th round of things I got from them
