I bought this board to replace / upgrade the original MKS board in my Multoo MT2 large volume printer. After removing my main board and then 4 daughter boards that are no longer needed because the Monster8 serves the functions of these boards all in 1. Now I have a much simpler controller layout (although my Marlin config is not so simple). My (500x500x600mm) MT2 has steppers for dual Y, dual Z, dual extruders and a laser option! Oh and don't forget all of the fans that go along with the above! My original MKS 12864 display is plug & play. So far it seems to handle everything I throw at it. I even have an open stepper to possibly add a 4th axis and a port for the BLTouch in the future. So far the upgrade possibilities with this board seem endless!! With the addition of TMC-2209 now I have a near silent smooth running printer with the option for sensor-less homing too! As you can see this is NOT ONLY for VORON printers but with a little creativity can be adapted to so many different build configurations.
