Precrimped A/B motor cable extensions

Love these guys! Thank you Daniel for accommodating my request for precrimped motor cable extensions. They were exactly what I needed!

PolyLite PLA

As a beginning 3D printer, I cam to West 3D with all sorts of questions. Daniel directed me to PolyLite PLA as my first choice for filament. All I can say is "WOW", this filament prints so smoothly, I love it. I have tried a couple of other brands and keep coming back to PolyLite. Getting the best results, time after time, is worth buying PolyLite PLA all the time.

Solid upgrade

Heats up well. I like how it uses the screw in thermistor for the temp

Alot more attractive!

These magnets are MUCH stronger than I expected. I had purchased what I thought were "super strong" magnets from Amazon. If you need true N52 magnets this is the place to purchase them. Fast shipping also. I now have a need for another size, I hope West3D has them. Won't waste my time buying somewhere else.

Good Product!

Nitehawk SB is a good addition to my Voron 2.4.
Simplifies and streamlines the wiring/drag chains from the toolhead down to the electronics bay. Setup was very straight forward and was quickly up and running.
West3d is a great company to do business with.

Nice sharp tool edge. Feel sturdy

Maybe too sharp. A little hard to find the hole when going in blind. Very nice wrench set

Better then the belt my dad used to beat me with

Works great fit the gt2 idlers perfectly and works just wish I bought more

It’s sticky

Works great sealed the door for the fridge door mod amazing. Definitely recommend

Great kit, though I was confused with the panel seal

I believe this is a complete kit. It's no longer missing the t-nuts and gasket strip like the original batch was purportedly missing. The door is a fantastic upgrade over the original double doors for air tightness, ease of use, and ease of removal.

I had a little difficulty printing the parts on my 2.4 350, but I was being impatient and had not fully re-tuned the printer after switching from an Afterburner to a Dragon Burner tool head. There is nothing particularly challenging about the design other than the small foot print of the hinge pieces, so you'll want good bed adhesion or to print with a brim.

As the title states, I think I was confused with the panel retainer strip that is supposed to seal the acrylic panel. It turns out, the long leg of the retainer strip is what gets inserted into the extrusion. Mine kept falling out, especially on the top and latch side of the door, so I removed the acrylic panel and installed a 1.5mm thick x 10mm wide gasket along the inside facing edge of the panel to take up some of the slack so the seal would fit tighter. 10mm wide is plenty wide to ensure the gasket contacts the extrusion. I used Amzn ASIN number: B08LCWGQV4. When I reassembled the door, it occurred to me that I may have had the strip inserted backwards and that is why it kept falling out. After installing the foam gasket strip on the inside of the panel, it took a good deal of pressure to install the retainer strip on the outside. It is not falling out again, that's for sure, and with the strip on the outside and the gasket on the inside, my door is well sealed.

If your panel seal is falling out, make sure it's installed in the correct direction first, I probably didn't actually need to shim my panel with foam tape, but I'm not taking it back apart to find out.

Unfortunately didn’t realize that the connectors wouldn’t interface with my LDO kit out of the box, but after making a harness this works great!

Wonderful Product for the SV08

A great little side project for those who like a little MORE bling

It looks great and makes the stealthburner look alot better! It's easy for those that are skilled with a soldering iron to implement, if not I recommend getting a good quality soldering iron like the TS100 and giving this a go!

Scorch: just what the hot chamber desires

Really happy to have a reseller of this stuff here in the states, and orders always fly out the door. Awesome!

They just work, and work, and work

These definitely last a while. I've got two in a Nevermore and two for bedfans, and both are still working 2000+ hours of print time (and them some) later. For the price, you can't do better!

It’s the factory enclosure, it works. West3d is awesome

Not much to say about the enclosure itself. It fits, with the well known issues of short wiring and cable chain fitment. Certainly makes the printer look finished.
The stand out is West3d. I ordered and they shipped same day. And came with a sweet treat. When I would have been looking at a back order from Sovol, they had it in stock and I had it in less than a week. Awesome. And will be buying from West3d again. Only wish I were in Oregon so I could stop in to shop.

After having CanBus issues I opted for simplicity

I was using a BTT SB2209 for quite some time. Everything was working great. That is until I updated Klipper. Then, I had to update the controllers. No problem, I've done this before. I went through all the hoops but nothing worked as it once had. I tried Katapult. I tried flashing the device directly. This was with the toolhead board and my MMB for my ERCF. I never got it going again. So, I ordered this to run my toolhead via USB. Functionality is the same as I had before. However, the connectors on this board are standard JST sizes, so crimping the thermistor and end stops was no problem.

The only issue I have with this is that the USB cable connects by plugging horizontally into the back of the toolhead. It would be nice to have it plug in vertically, giving it more stability.

If you're looking for a tool head controller and you don't want to dig deep into CanBus then this is a solid option.

Got everything I need.

I messed up some parts from my kit when I was building my 3d printer. I was able to get replacement pieces needed to complete build.

Worth every penny

I have now built 2 of the Extruder hits and 1 set of the Galileo 2 XL Z motors and they go together easy and quick. I didn't know how much I would love this upgrade but print quality is beyond what I could have imagined and I haven't even gotten everything fully dialed in yet. Don hesitate just take the plunge into higher quality

Works great and makes maintenance easier, but the umbilical connectors are very difficult to fully seat.
