I bought one for my 350mm V2 and was in shock how well everything stuck to the sheet without have to use glue sticks or anything other than an alcohol wipe down, and once cooled, didn't even need to lift the sheet from the bed to get the parts off.
Love it so much, I got one for my 250mm Trident i just built.
Only build sheets I will ever use from now on.
LDO fixed an issue I have had with this hex driver set. The shorter drivers with the handle work very good for an old guy. My hand really hurt when having to use a standard L hex driver at times and now I can use a handled one in a tighter space and snug if needed with the L shape. Winner in my book and must have for any hobby.
Soldering these little pads can be a pain for me, so having this come pre-soldered is a huge time saver. I like that the terminals don't come connected already, because some boards have different pinouts.
As always West3d was very quick in getting it packed up and shipped out too!
Said it had green sparkles but hard to define them as green. Printed like butter on a mini using IS setting and pruasament settings. This would be my 12th or so roll of Ambrosia and happy to say still no regrets with ASA or any other formula.
This is the real deal. Comes vacuum sealed tighter than a pack of hotdogs. Been using this in my custom air filters and can tell the difference in quality versus the pellets that came with my bento box.
It looks nice when you wire it up, and unplug the stock light. But the camera sometimes has issues with the exposure, causing it to be washed out. A quick fix is changing it from 1080p to 720p or vice versa which will force the camera to readjust itself. I don’t know if it interferes with the lidar, but the printer started acting weirder and I decided to plug the stock light back in. Might eventually reuse this but perhaps with a diffuser and attach to a different part of the printer.
Since getting this I’ve been printing PLA at about 40c but sticking with petg at 70c for large prints but can drop down to 60c for usual prints. Has an interesting, smell, out of the box, whatever coating it is. Put me off at first but I’ve learned to love it when the printer doors open and I see a perfectly adhered print completed flawlessly. Petg will sometimes leave a film behind on it that washing doesn’t get out, but doesn’t affect the adhesion properties. I’ve essentially reserved one half of the build plate for only PLA and the other for PETG. I also just received the bambu supertack which I was honestly disappointed with, had lots of issues but this plate was plug and play. I use the supertack setting in bambu studio and textured cool plate in orca slicer. Also my x1c reads the QR code flawlessly every time, but bambu’s won’t. Ironic.
I've picked up two of these, they work well and all good parts. Easier than clockwork 2 in my opinion to assemble. I've picked up two of these so far.
Seems like its basically orbiter in clockwork form factor. Which is more or less what I wanted.
Good length and color matches the pictures. Perfect to spice up the appearance of my umbilical on my green accented voron.
Love this Quadra Teal color and dialed in it's perfect nozzle temp at 197C. Printed dozens of turtles (and some trucks) with it for Toys for Tots. Box comes with an extra reusable bag and lots of fun quotes. I'm now a fan of West3D and Ambrosia filament!
The textured sides are great. I don’t know what they do to it, but I’ve had zero adhesion issues compared to other textured PEI surfaces. In fact sometimes it can be too sticky, with small (2-3 layers) PLA pieces tending to break rather than pop off in one piece.
Prints beautifully. Doesn’t last near long enough (used it up in just a few days). Butter of the [3D printing] gods.
This kit simplifies the wiring. I was having some "noise" issues with the SB2240 and now things are much better.
I'm using this to make the Wristwatch extruder. Everything is machined well. All parts are of good quality. I'm anxious to get this running in my Voron.
After printing the 3D parts (I used marble filament), I just followed the video showing how to solder the parts and how they go together. It didn't take long and once assembled, I plugged it into one of the USB ports on my computer and it worked. I launched HueForge and went through all my filaments getting their TDs and RGB hex codes. It's just that easy. Highly recommend it if you're going to use HueForge.
I built the Landy Hardtop. The kit really does include almost everything you need short of the battery and radio. The models are very detailed
These are exactly what I was looking for to make moving printers around a little easier. The extrusion inserts you need for these to sit nicely with the top panel can be found in the LDO printed parts guide as the Handlebar Spacer. For a 2020 based BOM Voron top panel, according to the LDO docs mount with M5x14 screws and M5 T-Nut Hammer Heads
My favorite brand of ASA so far! Prints like PLA with great over hangs... Definitely ordering again!
