I personally will not use west3d again, I spent today calling and emailing them
for basic product information and order specifications. I called at 10:07 am right after opening, I emailed once then and twenty minutes prior to close. No reply via email or phone. They literally accomplished nothing in an entire business day. I literally have spent easily 4-5k$ with this company and I regret it.
