I have never played with ASA before and decided to look locally for filament to use. I have been shopping with West3D for a hot minute and gave their ASA a shot first. GLAD I DID!
I dried it at 80 degrees for 24 hours (paranoid), printed at the recommended settings by Ambrosia (AKA, West3D), and re-spooled it to a Bamboo high temp spool. THIS printed better than some PLA I have tried by Panchroma and Bambu themselves!!!
The spool reinforcement that they recommend you print is great - but didn't help with the cardboards decomposition in my AMS HT when in use and caused feed errors (tried all variants). Re-spooling was the pure solution.
Outside that, the filament itself is beautiful, printed amazingly, looks great, and supports West3D. Just buy it.
(purchased Supernova Black - got 4 spools it was so good)
I have purchased many products from West3D at this point - mainly small items like filament and Bambu accessories. They are very well stocked, always honest, and always willing to help. Additionally, when I came into their shop with my daughter, they gave her a printed toy axolotl and were attentive and kind to her, too! I do not know how I didn't know about them until I started looking for accessories - they literally have everything needed and they had this X2D in stock before any other retailer.
I went in (already having an A1 and P2S combo(s) looking for another enclosed printer to maximize ASA and PETG printing. I waffled for a while on another P2S and the person answered every single question I had until buying the X2D; which truly compliments my P2S.
The X2D is much like the P2S, but has all the NEEDED upgrades that make it much more convenient - native heated chamber, better belts, and more cooling where needed. They are almost identical in printing with the X2D hesitantly better in the 200 hours I have on it so far. I am stoked on the cross-compatible parts (e.g. plates and hot ends). Literally like having the same printer. However, if you have a P2S, get this instead. If you don't have an enclosed printer, still get the X2D (it's $100 difference - just do it).
With this and every purchase I have made at West3D, I am more attached to buying here than anywhere else at this point. Local, professional, and same or better pricing than any other place. Perfect mix of why I will continue to remain loyal to this business. Whatever they have, look here first.
SOOOO so so thankful I found this company. The amount charged for PTFE tubing by Bambu Lab is insanely overpriced and they don't come in the uncut options.
This was a game changer for me and my shop. Being able to cut to length what I need allowed me to reorganize the print farm into a much more efficient system. 10/10 will order again1
Impressed with West3D. Ordering was easy and received in less than a week. Will use West3D in the near future. Thank you guys
Makes for a great drop-in replacement glass build plate for my positron I love west3d and the team at west3d always ready to help and assist with any problems.
Love my plate I actually bought for every printer I own. SV08, SV08 MAX, SNAPMAKER U1 its been a life saver.
Love the sparkles been buying for over a year with no issues. I love that they also keep making more colors and its a hot selling product. Its also priced very well for sparkle pla.
With tinted glass, the stock LEDs just aren't bright enough. This changed that!
Can't go wrong with this stuff... Only issue is I didn't get more!
Figured I give 0.6mm a try to speed up larger prints. It's worked flawlessly as expected! Only had one clog because of power loss, which was pushed thru once heated.
Zero issues. Documentation was abundant, product was exactly as described, and print quality was great. Huge upgrade from the old stealthburner!
Now for tuning...
Best build plates you could possibly ever have for pla petg abs and asa. Adhesion is literally unmatched. No brims, no glue, no 2nd guessing. Just fire and forget
Solid quality product, be warned you will need to design a lot of your own parts if youre building a size thats not 300mm.
This is a great kit for getting into a Delta printer and having the fun of building it. Being an LDO kit it is complete with quality hardware/motors and electronics to do a complete build.
This mount came in and you can feel the quality and attention to detail in the process. 100% a quality product and incredibly rigid
This cool grey pearl is so beautiful. Everything I've printed with it has turned out very nice so far. I recommend giving it a try
Great filament that prints super well and in fun colors! Will definitely be picking up more of this for future printer builds!

I can't really see another toolhead board for the stealthburner being better than this. Can or USB and it's got 3 on board USB ports. Along with all the other ports you could possibly ever need. The only thing is can/USB setup instructions are not the greatest
Had doubts about JPs thought process with it so I grabbed from West when I saw it.. build was different than a MK3 or MK4.. but enjoyable. Only issue was my nextruder binding during testing so got up this morning and realigned it using the included tool and did a bonkers benchy. Great addition to the farm! Now, if west get indx for it ill grab it for 8 colors.. if not.. well..
