I heard this cuz I needed a blade for the new extruder that comes with the Chitty box, the one that they send is dull. I knew that I could get these shipped to my area in a few days. Just if I I have come to expect from West 3D they were shipped promptly and follow up emails with tracking numbers and everything. Product came packaged real well,
